Brothers and Sisters,

I was contacted by Deana and ask if I could help her and her husband out. I'm going to post a letter from her. The more I heard about how the system ONCE AGAIN screwed them over the more I realized how sad and pathetic those agencies Fed and State are! Big money has manipulated them to the point, THEY MIGHT AS WELL BE ON THEIR PAYROLL , IF THE AREN'T ALREADY!!! Again this is another case THEY GOT THE WRONG ATTORNEY, and it cost them justice!!!!

If anybody knows of ANYONE IN ANY TRADE ANYWHERE that has a problem due to chemical exposure I need to talk with them, ASAP! We can not depend ON ANYBODY but ourselves to seek justice, FACT!!!

My name is Deana Dutcher. My husband Frankie worked for TXU Electric from 1986 until 1995 when he became too sick to work. He was suffering from extreme nausea, dizziness, blackout spells, liver damage and a heart irregularity.

It took seven months to find out what caused those unusual symptoms in a man only 30 years old. We went to doctor after doctor trying to get answers. During that time Frankie was in constant contact with his supervisor at TXU, keeping him informed of his symptoms, and the results of every doctors visit.

May 21, 1996 we finally discovered the possible cause of Frankie’s illness. A Doctor in Houston had run some tests, and reviewed a piece of the biopsy slide of Frankie’s liver. The Doctor concluded that a chemical exposure on the job was the likely cause of his symptoms. The next morning Frankie called his supervisor at TXU tell him what the Doctor had said. Rick Dyke, Frankie’s supervisor, told him to “Keep me informed.” I started calling TXU’s Human Resources Department asking for help to get Frankie to the specialists he needed.

No claim was filed by TXU for over 5 months even though TXU representatives were very well aware of our suspicions of an exposure to chemicals having caused Frankie’s illness. It was not until we threatened to file the claim ourselves that Jim Melcher of TXU finally filed the claim. Mr. Melcher falsified the “Employer’s First Notice of Injury” by submitted the date TXU was first notified as being November 15, 1996. Under worker’s comp. law that is considered FRAUD.

Channel 4 News in Dallas did our story in November of 2005, and a follow-up story in July of 2006. Since that time twenty current and former TXU employees have contacted us wanting help. They also have symptoms of chemical exposure, some more severe than Frankie’s, others much less severe, but symptoms they should not have to be dealing with none the less.

As long as it is only one or two employees who are sick and come forward companies like TXU can keep on sweeping people like us under the rug. They are going to have a much harder time doing that to twenty or more people. That is why I am appealing to anyone who is suffering the effects of exposure to chemicals to please contact me. I have found an Attorney willing to take a class action case and represent people who have been exposed to chemicals on the job, and who are suffering any symptoms or health problems from it.

Which chemical is suspected of being the prominent culprit?

I got exposed to far to much carbon tetrachloride and trichloroethylene when I was an apprentice. It was used for cleaning electrical and electronic assemblies.

Of course the salesman from the solvent company assured us that the solvent was safe on skin. But then he was selling the stuff on commission.

Thanks Brothers,

BC, the chemicals you speak of are part of this! Most of the chemicals that have caused these problems are cleaning fluids used in cleaning electrical gear and cable prep. Shoot me a PM with your contact info. As everybody knows I'm not a lawyer, so any info I get I have to run it by my legal team to see if there is any merit for possible action. One thing WE ALL KNOW is our system has been MANIPULATED to deny accountability of those responsible, FACT!!! WE CAN NOT DEPEND ON """ ANY """ AGENCY TO PROTECT US! If we want justice we have to fight for it ourselves and do so in a rigged system to boot!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT IT CAN BE DONE " IF " WE STICK TOGETHER!!!

Bear in mind I'm in the UK where skilled trades are considered the dirt of society.

IAEA commissioner falls into water tank at Czech nuclear plant
Jihlava, South Moravia, Sept 23 (CTK) - A US commissioner from the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) emerged unharmed after falling into a water tank at the Dukovany nuclear power plant on Friday.

The daily Mlada fronta Dnes reported Friday that commissioners training at the facility were moving around the plant in a group. One of them, however, left the group and fell into the tank. The water in the tank was not radioactive.

A spokesman for the plant told MfD that the commissioner admitted he had made a mistake. "The rules say that no one is allowed to leave the group," the spokesman said.

The water tank is used in the process of loading and unloading nuclear fuel. Although the water was not in contact with any nuclear fuel during the training, the commissioner was examined to make sure he was not contaminated with radioactivity.
