We were told that Potelco had 3 electrical contacts on PSE property. Anyone know if everone is OK and what happened. I thought PSE was a sticking area. How did they make contact if they were sticking?

One was in the street light division. Second step ape cutting secondary with bologna cutters. Cut through two hot phases at the same time.
Second one was a second step ape in a bucket working on secondary or 750 terms (heard both stories from GF)finger came in contact with primary phase.
Third was not on PSE property but some where in Oregon.

Here is another group, like Quanta Services. It is called the MYR Group and the list of contractors under their umbrella is recognisable to many on this site.
These are subsidiary companies of The MYR Group:
LE Myers Co
Hawkeye Construction
Sturgeon Electric Company
Harlan Electric Company
Great Southwestern Construction

The third one was in central Oregon, the 1 st step app. was left in an energized UG Vlt. By himself and was not told that it was energized. They had been working on de-energized cable. He seen that the bleed wire on the DE cap was not tied down and figured he would tie it down, since that what they had been doing. It bit him, he was not hurt just scared. But the potential was there. We need to take responsibility to make sure these kids know and never should he been left in the Vlt. let be put into it. It was his 1st call out. So he knows nothing. From what I hear from the crew he is with now, think he is doing great and has potenital. Maybe it was his 1st crews problem, like a history of injury?
