As for the rest of your question....
Overseas Companys, as far as Americans....lookin for "Employees" in the line Trade.
Are Lookin for Supervisors, Supts. and MANAGERS.
NOT "Workers/Linemen'. Sorry...but it's as simple as that.:(
You can get Lineworkers from the Phillipines, or Korea...that are helliacious good Workers. Cheap.
Different type of "Linework" overseas too. NOTHIN is worked hot.
Overseas work is.... a completely different type of mentality, and ballgame.
And...there aiin't no union......

But don't let that discourage you, marlon.....
You can still add all that time to your 4 years in the field and get "40 years in the trade".
You can still be the greatest lineman who ever "forget more than the rest of us mortals will ever know".:rolleyes:
There'll be plenty of time to brush up on polarity when you get back.
