I'm retired sitting home in Connecticut listening to Eversource Energy double talk their way out of why there are still thousands of customers out of power after a spring nor'easter. "The worst we ever saw, we learn something new every storm, Our computer projections show we'll be picked up by 11 PM". all BS the problem is they are at all time low employment of people in the tools and depend on mutual aid and contractors. Time after time its been proven that it takes days to get out of towners up to speed and now with the lack of field experience of the new supervisors a little weather and the place goes to shit.
