    posted afew weeks ago wondering if anyone had seen one of these before never quite got the spelling right but now have a picture and the right spelling the picture will be in the picture gallery as i cant get it on here

    Ooh! It's a JCB with a rather long boom. Not what I was expecting.

    I guess the front scoop is effectively a stabiliser when the buckets up in the air?

    quite impresive if your poling can put poles up with one man instead of 2-3
    the basket boom has a pole grab on it which allows you to hold the pole
    while back filling with the back hoe
    it,s about fifteen ton recent trial,s up north scotland suggests its more
    suited to fields than peat bog (no clive i did,t sink it)

    So have you had your training on this new toy yet Neil? Is (was) it done at their factory or in the field.

    Oh, and when you do sink it in a peat bog, remember to take lots of pictures.

    no training yet have to go to strontian for a couple of weeks to help with shut downs then starting jobs of my own with the huddig will have a squad of 4 so plenty men to take pic,s when i sink it
