    OK dumb question. Are halibut good eating? I'm sure they are so how do you cook em?

    I either grill or broil my fish but you can fry or deep fat fry it too. I put mine in tin foil with some butter and garlic and what other spices I feel like that day. I also like hot salsa on my fish.

    That's how we cook flounder that we get off the east coast. Tin foil, garlic, crackers, tomatoe, etc, etc

    It's all good. I like to mix blue cheese, butter milk and mayonnaise. Topped w/red onion and baked in the oven.
