    E.S?? I dont understand this. Yes i got laid off then 3 months later on with the union. Im happier then crap. Espically to be 19 and doing this

    I got 1 other question about the ibew. I am inlisted as a WC 3 is what i went in as sense i have schooling and on the field tranny to back me up. Does anyone no a WC-3 duties. Also if that is a labor at what point do i become a apperantice WC - 4??
