nutbuster has ran a 13.8 in practice with tools on and his safety AROUND THE POLE! No free climbing to it. We run it like the International (if I'm not mistaken) with tools on.(option to free climb or not). There is nobody out there that can beat him.

Yes the guy from Xcel Energy won the bell run two years ago in Shreveport and won. The Mark you are thinking about Trbl is Mark Babcock. I think it was him that won in 2008 with a 9 second run roughly. It wasnt a top 5 run but he won none the less. He has run a 8.6 but Dane beat it that year with the 7.87

The fastest climber I've ever seen was Dane Beauclair from Cleco (if he's still there). With hooks on going up to the crossarm and back down in 7.87 Havent seen ANYONE beat his best run or his 2nd best at 7.89

BTW nutbuster ran a 11.03 in practice and here it is: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...14447681912297

The 7.87 and 7.89 runs are on youtube under "powerlineman1980" or search 2006 WCLR Bell Run or 2007 WCLR Bell Run

You've ran into me and Trbl then if you have been to the WCLR. We helped run it from the beginning of it until now. The guy from APS that beat him was Toby Claude. Toby, Brian Wheeler, and Jason Houle are one helluva team. Their 1:15 run on the energized hurtman is still one of the best rodeo runs I've ever seen. They won the 1st place team, Jason Novak from 702 won 1st place Individual.

Only one record was broke and that was Jason Novak's 48.78 Hurtman.

We had two top 5 runs in the pole climb with 1st going to Kent Diekemper with a 14.50

I think Brian Wheeler took the 5th best Hurtman ever, giving him two top 5 runs all time at the WCLR with a 56.34

The APS team (Brian, Toby, and Jason) had the 2nd best Overall Team Hurtman run with an average of 56.75 seconds. Jason Novak's 702 team finished with a 64.96 pace for 5th all time.

Jason's 702 team also broke APS' old record on the Team Pole Climb with an average of 14.63 seconds to take first overall. Mile High Trouble got bumped out of 5th after Brian Wheeler's APS team finished 5th overall with a 18.96.
