What I have been told from local 66 is they were working a reconductor job. Had hot primary spread I believe they said it was 12kv had new circuit in and grounded. Had a hot 69kv line above. Had three buckets clipping. Not sure how far they had gotten, but Catfish was the last bucket of the three to clip. I was told he picked the conductor up with one hand out of the traveler, creating an air gap and went to un-pin the door with the other hand. Leather gloves before anyone ask's. It is definetly something to learn from, would have been hard to see coming. Was a matter of an inch. This is what has been relayed to me I was not on the job nor have spoken to anyone on the job this story came from the union hall. Please be safe and watch each other. Those little hands at home are the ones who suffer.

Default Don't sound like induction to me.
