      Default Fall restraint at rodeos

      How many rodeos are there that they have 2 winners one with fall restraint and one without for the events.
      Are some just allowing the lineman to get his belt on the pole then starting there time.
      Any feed back would be helpful

      This past year at the 2010 International Lineman's Rodeo in Kansas City, they announced at the awards banquet that there would be an important announcement to all rodeo participants in 2011, at the rodeo. I am just GUESSING that the announcement will be that the following year, in 2012; wood fall protection will be mandatory for all participants. This is JUST A SPECULATION, though. Hope it helps.
