Ok, so here's the real litigation, financial story for the companies. A foreman died on storm duty, and the company claims it was his fault for stepping on a live wire. Anyway, although the company will never claim fault ( such as turning dead stuff live during storms to save money, claiming people should really work with live stuff, etc.....), they will now require an added more expensive, and probably more obnoxiously restricting piece of clothing. This is always the reaction to a lawsuit.
