So, heres the deal. Like stated in a million other posts on this forum board, I took the ALP and Interview and about a month later I received the sorry letter.
After talking with the recruiters after the fact and some internet research I am fully educated on this whole STAR tactics they use as their interview process. If given a second shot I would knock it out of the park due to being prepared.
Unfortunately the chances of me getting a second interview are slim-to-none. But thats fine. Although, I want to give those who are yet to be interviewed the heads up on their process.
Go to the following links. Watch the movie. PG&E uses Behavioral style interview. Its unique but I guess they are becoming more and more popular. Go to the links below and watch the movies on YouTube and you will be set. This would have saved me about $1,000 and a job I lost due to taking the ALP day off if I would have known they were using these techniques.
