I can laugh all day about this subject,there were times when i had many trouble calls,or refered them on a computer to another crew.Some guys knew that when i refered a call or gave one away,that it was going to be a dirty job,dont get me wrong,i did give away some easy calls,but i never hesitated to giving a crew that was called out,an order that i snuck by and saw what was involved.Later i would ask questions about certain calls,always knowing the answers,some guys never figured out what was going on,and then some guys would return the favor in one way or another.One funny thing about linework is that every work location has a guy that cant seem to get along with the customers,the guy that you dont want speaking,we had a guy working with us,and it seemed like everytime a 2 man crew showed up,the customer would pick him out,blaming him for anything and everything.Some customers just know who to pick on,its bad when the customers kids pick on your partner,but ive seen it happen,time and time again.
