How many of times have you done something and later looked back and wondered why it was even done...........back in the early 1980s we had a supervisor that wanted all overhead transformers.........that had a fuse limiter go bad to be changed out.........I dont know why.......its possible that he actually didnt know anything about the limiters..............man..........we changed hundreds of 19.9 x-formers out that were caused by only vines...................I wanted to speak out and I did..............I guess after a couple of years that changed................we stopped changing the x-former out and only changed the limiter...............
