    Default Language Barrier?

I was recently transferred to a steel stacking crew on the transmission job im on. The foremen speaks almost no English, one of the groundman speaks no English at all and everything is translated through the other groundman who is the foremens son. Its just stabing steel and bolts in holes I know but its frustrating as hell and is it even safe to work for someone you cant communicate with?

Default Learning another language is a respectable goal.

Over my life I have worked with people that come from other country's but knew English, Kind of made me feel funny cause I just knew English .

Yo estoy apprendio espanol. I am not fluent but I know pelligroso and few other safety oriented words, Its like crane signals you just agree on a few at first and you will do fine.

Teach them hands English too its your duty as an American.
