Book 2- Out of towners with working hours
Book 3- Climbing Cert (Class A or not)

Featured Sponsorr47 allows you to sign book 4 without paying dues but they haven't pulled off that book in something like 5+ years. To sign book 3 they require you to join the union and pay their dues. This allows them to dispatch you immediately without you having to go in to sign any paperwork.
