I've got one on my truck left over from strom work and will check the tape to see what company makes them.
Does anyone know what company makes copper preforms. We are having a problem with rigid copper deadends and wedge deadend shoes rusting and corroding. Sure would be easier to install a preform than mac everything out so you can stuff the copper through another deadend that won't last.
Thanks

I may be stupid, but at least I'm ugly
If your deadend shoes are not lasting on copper they weren't made for copper. A copper deadend is either brass or has a bimetallic liner installed.

I'm pretty sure the ones we get are all copper I will check as I think they get them in from the US...
We get ours from Dulmison I can't find a decent link to them but I did find this one http://www.preformed.com.au/online/online12004.html they are US owned with the parent company in Ohio.
