I kept thinking he was gonna roll back around into it, I don't speak or read Spanish so I have no idea if they were able to get the line dropped, I'm guessing by all the hollering every time he shifted back around towards the phase that it might not have been out, also looked like a concrete pole to me and they were using some sort of get-up to ascend the pole, probably very little decent equipment to work with, makes me thankful for what I have. I have a lineman friend from mexico. They shimmy with ropes on their feet and the pole, no pole steps. And the guy below is trapped in barbwire. So a crazed lunatic or a kid transfer from a rooftop to the pole. Trust me if anyone gets that way screw osha and the jelco and bucksqueeze, I will belt off with some quarter inch poly and get someone down. That video just puts me in pain. That was the first thing trained in us. We couldnt graduate if you couldnt so it less than2 minutes. Remember these guys barely can feed their families.

I only watched about half,from what I saw it was too much confusion to bare....poorly trained,perhaps....hope their hospitals are better than the federalalles.
