There are fears it could take weeks to restore mains power to some parts of Scotland left without electricity by the March storms.

It's been bad here on the Isle of Man too. I don't think there's weather like it on record here.

Sadly, right at lambing time a lot of sheep and lambs have literally been buried under the snow. They expect quite a high animal mortality rate.

WE KEPT WELL OUT OF THE WAY. :D
We don't get extra for doing storm damage, so try to keep away, Took a bit of B.S. and serious swerving .. But we managed to stay on our own job through the chaos ..

Really didn't want to help out the Scottish firm that treated us so bad either.

My side of the country we had a few days of the snow and ice. It stuck to everything including the **** sky dishes but thankfully no outages locally.

It's still cold down here as we're on the east coast and that's the first bit of land the freezing winds are hitting. We had some snow flurries over the weekend but not enough to worry about
