I would say....HUNDREDS of Thousands. Seriously, just look at all the contractors in the US. Now, Look at EVERY Utility, co-op, and Corporation...in EVERY state....

Thats a good question,and I have no idea,but there used to be more,lots more....I think the north eastern states would have much more...because it seems that they have storm after storm after storm....we in the south get breaks....and the heat.

There is altec, terex, high ranger? Who else? Then you got to figure put how many chassis they buy and for what fab type, then you got the number, times average 8 to 10 years of service. Mom and pops will go to a utility auction or wholesaler or lease. Big xompanies will have a fleet lease where they will lease from a company they own so they can track all the depreciation and track all the cost of upkeep for tax benefit?
