Fibre job coming to an end

We are coming to the end of the fibre optic job in Wales.... They have built the fibre optic jointers scaffold ( looks like a greenhouse ) .... They are going through jointing... We are grounding the sections the scaffold is being used, moving along with the jointers and scaffolders " keeping them safe... :D. Few pics the scaffold around the pole ...and a few pics of a terminal joint ( this one is cabled into the substation. There are different types of insulated canisters depending on the position.

Ive never seen a scaffold around a pole,might as well have a roof too....but if its safe its ok with me :D....by the way.have you ever had a rotten pole go downand take the scaffold with it....Double trouble :nightmare:

It has a roof Reppy ... They won't joint in rain.. The whole idea of the scaffold is to keep the jointers and the joints dry .... We only scaffold new poles so the " whole rotten pole falling over scenario doesn't really apply "
