You know the meter rooms inside of a mall or a strip-center,sometimes there might be 10,12...or 15 or so different locations. And sometimes you may not have a map of these locations. We have several in this area, several meaning hundreds.Well most start with you having a key to these rooms, than as time goes by the people operating the stores or security have the locks changed and you have to go hunt down the person that might have access. This can be a pain in the ass, waiting and waiting until someone is found and when all your doing may be flipping a switch and getting a reading......Or....does this not happen in your areas? :nightmare:

It is basically the norm in my part of the world and here I am thinking that this nonsense only happens to us here!

"Rooms" like that were locked with a "Company Key".
Any company employee, or authorized contractor, security personal.... meter reader, Lineman, etc...had access to that room, with the "Company Key".
Sorta like down here in FloriDUH.
FPL, excuse me...I guess it's Duke Power now.... has lots of "Assets" they need to access, on places like Morman Ranch.
They have "Double Locks" on the access gates. All Linecrews, and all contractors, have "Keys" to the universal Locks on those gates or other company assets. As long as they have been Security Cleared with Duke Power...or FPL.....
Fcuk!!!!...I can't keep track of the "Players" in this game anymore!!!
