whats the cheapest gas NOW

Hey folks,hopefully gas prices will go down futher.Around the corner Im paying 2.79 per gallon.....not too bad....there was a time when I thought and said that we would never see 2.60 per gallon again.....well we just might,actually I thought the above 3.00 per gallon mark was the norm.It sure helps out when filling up these days.Whats the cheapest gas prices in yo area?

For me here in Sacramento, Ca I can get Arco regular for 3.33. Wish I was under 3.00...

I heard this morning that it might dip to 2.50 per gallon here....so that would be right around 3 dollars in your area.....good luck.

$3.33 at BJ's in Manchester Ct. funny across the border in Mass the cheapest within easy driving is $3.36 and Mass taxes are usually 15 or 20 cents cheaper wonder sometimes who screwing you on the prices.

Did the math..converted the price per litre to US gallons then converted English pounds to US DOLLARS. if my math is right it works out at $9 per gallon.

One litre = £1.50
One £ sterling = 1.6 dollars

Roughly I make it $9 per gallon. :(

So ...is it correct that all of your gas is imported,we are neck to neck with Saudi Arabia in producing oil......9 dollars a gallon here would certainly cause riots.

I'm not an economist but the value of the dollar is dropping. It just isn't worth much. So if you're out hanging w Bren at a Pub in Ireland you'll be paying $8 for a pint !

NO...you wouldn't .... I'd be buying. Well it's only fair.. You've travelled all that way to see me. ( I don't drink myself ) but not adverse to a night in an irish pub. But $8 would probably be about right.

Hey rob.........do they still have two Hard Rock Cafes in Toronto....Dont know if I ever told the story....but when I was there I was told by a stranger that its over there.....I was near the skydome.....must have drove around it twice.......finally found out that it was actually in the skydome.:D

Drove down the road making a delivery....$2.71 per gallon....less than 5 minutes later it was $2.69 per gallon as I was driving back .....must have caught it betwwen cycles :)

Man! I remember when I was just a little kid, my Pa gave me 50 cents and a 2 gallon gas can and asked me to go to the gas station and get the can filled up with gas, pay the man and keep the change. Buy some candy he suggested. I set the can in my coaster and hauled it a few blocks to the station, the man filled it up and I had change like King. I didn't have enough pockets to put the penny candy I bought.

When I had my first car gas was 20 0r 21 cents a gallon. $5 on a Friday night and I'd ride for the whole weekend!

Sure you'd never find me. T man I'm in two country's every day this week ( working just over the boarder in England .. ) And on Wednesday I'm in three country's England,Wales and Ireland ...

Do you remember the old Gulf commercial when the guy's girlfriend was giving him a hard time for the chrome foot gas pedal? He then paid the attendant two quarters for "fifty cents more of good Gulf? very good sir!"

This morning it was 2.95 a gallon....this afternoon it was 2.79 a gallon,,cant recall it ever dipping like that in one day......So tommorow I will double check and fill -up again.:D
