This is actually local news at the moment...

"Around 2pm on Monday 9th December 2013 a road traffic collision occurred in the Close Lake area of Jurby Road involving a purple Honda Civic, a silver Mercedes SLK and a black John Fowler steam engine locomotive. As a result of the collision one person required hospital treatment."

The difference in weight gave the steam powered one the advantage. The newer tractor could not put his power to the ground! AND the newer one is 4 wheel drive.
