Ummm its been a nadful week round here a hot water line bustes sumwheres in the slab and the saints losted the feetball game. But onna brite side my daughter persun got engaged to a purdy nice feller she went off onna cruze to the pajamas n come home sportin a rock. Water pipe froze in a wall over my garage in the bitter cold last weekend. Good thing I was home, I shut the water off, found it was feeding an outside hose bib so I put a 1/2" sweat cap on and turned the water back on...... Wet Sheetrock and insulation was a PIA!!! Shiit happens Mr. Poot......

Rob, thanks, I do have antifreeze in the heating system, the pipe that broke was city water.
