Doesn't have a **** thing to do with the GOP.
Has to do with the workers. It was a Secret ballot.
No Union intimidation....the WORKERS Voted what they wanted, in Secret...and THAT was NO Union.
"Secret Ballot" is the Trick reppy....That way, ya really get to know what the people want.

Your 100% correct in not argue with the man,he is anti union and thats his right.....a union wouldnt be for him anyway....he would complain about that like he complains about every little thing that crosses his mind....and Im not sure any union would want him as a member.....thats unless they like guys that take their own American flag down because of things that happen in Washington in which he disagrees with....Ive never heard anyone begging him to join and thats a good thing.:D

Yes I am anti union. I've never liked to walk "Lock step"...and all that "Brother" carp, is just that. I enjoyed workin for companys...that when a worker wasen't worth a Carp....his a$$ was Fired. Not so with the "Brotherhood". Well fcuk that.
I've seen union intimidation...up close and personal.
Sorry. Let both sides "Talk their Siht".
Then hold a Secret ballot,....and let the chips fall where they may. AND...that's exactly what happened.
Union don't like secret ballot...they don't know who to.....
Secret Ballot, be the Honest Vote of the people.

Nowdays...the intimidation factor of the union AND the Company...is negated...by the "Secret Ballot".

YOU ain't skeered to let everybody know, you're a union boy.

All is fine Swamp.Im happy that you stand by what you think.but help me with this.....your no fan of Walmart....thats a non-union job....I wont say all,but they have a great amount of idiots working for them....employees with no pride, employees that aint helpful, employees with no what-so-ever future, unless your in upper management.Look at other stores and their employees appearances look professional, they are helpful, and know about products they sell.......at the non-union walmart all you hear from an employee is that they are new,or I dont know.....and finally we are out of this Mr.reppy.....they dont attempt to look in the stockroom.....from my experiences the best walmart employees are the greeters......at least they can tell what your walking out with........and they always ask me to show them the retirement residence that I stay in.....in which I reply, dont rush it.....your have your turn soon.:D

VW let the UAW pitch all the union they could to those workers, equal to the information that, that Senator pitched also. The workers voted to not unionize., same way the teachers up here in Wisconsin opted out of the Union.
It just looks to me, the way of the union, is going away.

I agree Mr.Poot...being in a union means several different things....your able to have a contract written down and signed,an agreement if you will.....without that you have nothing else,so a company can tell a guy for years and years that he will be getting a raise......that raise never comes cause there is nothing that states he will....no agreement....no nothing.....that means not $hit.So these people just screwed themselves.....when they realize what they did it will be too late.....and they can blame their own stupid a$$es.....even my attendant is a member of the union:D.....all I can say is .......OHHH WELL!

One good thing about the Union, is your attendant Rep, could screw up and give you the wrong meds at bed time causing you to have night mares or worse, and the they'd fire him, and the Union would fight to get him back so he could screw up a few more times and the union wouldn't be short on dues so the Union ties could find a better more expensive rest home where that don't happen heaven forbid

Don't get me wrong Reppy, your attendant is probably getting top wages with little responsibility, just so you don't check out on his shift. Or he'll get three more days off.

You say without an agreement you have nothing else? Of course you do! You have your Merit and your work ethic. And There are many Non-Union companies in America (Millions)that do take very good care of there employees. Neither of my adult children belong to a Union but they do pretty well. I think we'd all agree a Union has it's benefits but there are many members that wouldn't make it in the private sector.
