Besides, keep in mind that all those gentlemen have probably paid through the nose for "training" with the promise of a lucrative and manly career ahead of them. So they at least deserve one nice, brightly coloured picture of manliness to show for it.

I wish in America we could do that. My apprentice has a personal problem and has to go home at noon because he is the general foremans son. And my just topped out lineman left his tools at home for the whole year, his ego is big, knows everything about line work but hasn't done much. I let him go because he's special! Don't worry I will climb it because I always do.
