Who got asked for their ID if they voted today? Who lives in a state that requires ID's?
My state doesn't require it...........but I was asked.

Had to show my Drivers License in My state, Florida. With a picture of myself. THAT is what it's about. You are who you say you are.

Didn't ask but I showed my ID anyway...... Sad thing is, I,was the only person in the polling place at 5 pm and the lady told me that turnout was extremely light...... If you don't vote, don't cry and moan to me about what happens in DC or Trenton....... Lazy apathetic idiots......

same here... just sign your name ... they compare it to a signature above it and off you go to the booth... Even though the the devil was re-elected most of our counties went red this year. It was a grreat out come for NY.

Get this. Before the election, the courts passed the voter ID law just weeks before the election. However because there were absentee ballots sent out and returned before that occurred, the government accountability board deemed it not fair, so the law was rescinded and we went back to not having to show proof. During the election there were rumors that people in cars with out of state plates were voting as if they were residents. . . . .go figure.

Voter ID is a joke, but at least it's something... to prove you ARE the picture on...whatever form of Picture Id you present. Voter Id really ain't important. You shouldn't be made to Prove you are a actual, REAL LEGAL American. "Trust" is all we need. Ya shouldn't be made to provide any type of type of identification to get a drivers license either. WTF???
