Look's like the station is out, he's probably opening up a set of switches that are dead in preparation for them to tie that outgoing distribution circuit with another one from another station to get some lights on, so it looks like to me he's doing his job.

Then, strapped on my hooks again, to put my kid through college when I got done messin around overseas. I was just lucky enough to be able to finish my time in lnework, before the trade...took a left turn, so to speak....:tired:
