Hi All!
I'm feeling very inspired with a new philosophy I'm applying in my life. Basically, I'm trying to want less, have less, face down the fear of losing, find something that gives life meaning, forget the expensive things and stay calm when I start to feel shopaholic.
Practicing Yoga have helped me so much in all this. The other day my teacher recommended me to read this article https://healthcommkey.org/the-benefit-of-less-owning-and-buying-fewer-things/ where is described some important topics I'm trying to keep in mind every day.
I invite you to read it and let me know your opinion which is very important to me and this new part of my life. What do you think about it? Do you practice this philosophy or another one? I'm going to take your advices as a live style. Thanks!
