Name the Hotstick Tool

Hi Folks,

I struggling to find a name of this hotstick tool (picture attached). Eventually if anybody can recommend me supplier for this tool, it would be greatly appreciated.

That is actually 2 different attachments. The curly prong is the attachment for phasing sticks. The adapter one the end of the extendable switch stick is actually an adapter for a grip all , allowing a guy to use hot stick attachments for a universal hot stick. Whoever put that together must have been using it to hang the stick off the line or something.
