Well i have finally lost weight another ten killo's and i will be down to the weight i was before i gave up smoking........looks like the blokes at work will have to start calling me kermit rather than bullfrog.......

Good for you Zapman! I've lost 25 lbs since January! Talking about a new person! If I shed much more, I'll be another new person! LOL!
