There is alot of work there, The International Local is 353, in Toronto, most Contractors are Unionized, but there is a few that is not. Cold Winters, the wages range from $31.00- $38.00 depending where you go in Ontario.

The question is pretty general, I hope this helps

Nice Summers and autumns but snowy COLD winters and cold wet springs most people are freindly , beer is good what more could you ask for.
