We installed a lot of it a couple months ago. Edison used up all their money for the rest of the year so the conversions are on hold till next year. We were lashing two runs of #2AL underground to 3/8'' guy wire and stringing it in back yards for single phase 16KV.

We install quite a bit of it here. We only use #2 alum and 394.5 compessed though when we install it. We used to use the bundled construction alot with the steel messenger cable to support it. Since the hurricanes in 04 we have started installing it just like bare conductor with no messenger.
