What the hell ya doin up there? Gettin ready to String wire? We had changed out that pole and the two behind it that you see in the pic. The LADWP inspecters are anal about how thier crap should be, so we had to go up there and change how the sec jumpers went over the arm. We had just got done and I decided that we should take a pic to email to the inspector.
