My question is; What is the governing body called in Canada for apprentice linemen?

it is the apprentership board of whatever province your in. not every provincial ticket is accepted by every province. need to watch that last one. if your in alberta i might be able to help you out a bit. just depends what you need to know. might not have all the answers
