IBEW health coverage

Has anyone heard anymore about the IBEW getting their insurance going ?
last I heard was a year ago,that they were trying to get something together
on health and persciption:confused:

FPL's hydro division in Maine now goes through the IBEW plan. I don't know a lot about it, but I do know it exists and is growing.
