I would like to take the time to say hello to everyone on this board and say thank you for your contributions! I've been a long time follower (lurker I think I read somewhere) and have enjoyed reading many of the posts ranging from line work to religion...

I've been doing line work since '93... mostly substation, transmission, and sub transmission up until I fell into a job at Central Va. Electric Co-Op almost 5 years ago... and it's been nothing but REA/RUS Distribution ever since!!!

I look forward to maybe contributing something of worth to this board even if it's (probably) something I did wrong!

Glad to see you lurkers come aboard and post something. Hell stick your neck out. Nothing gonna be hurt except your feelings.

I said a long time ago that I don't think religion and politics should be discussed as most folks get rather twisted up. But I figured what the hell.

Anyway the stuff about linework can get interesting now and then. Everyone always has a different wrinkle on stuff. I think everyone with any curiosity likes to hear different ways things are done.

There are some who used to post who no longer seem to. I recall a few that really had good things to relate. To bad we no longer seem to hear from them.
