but notice the difference in the way the big 3 are being treated in the hearings etc. concerning the loans etc. that might be coming their way.

When Wallstreet came begging our Govt. jumped through their ass to help them. No one mentioned or asked their mode of transportation for arriving at the seat of Govt.

When CEO's and the UAW leaders arrived they are forced to beg. However of course they mostly represent hourly wage people that horrors, "build things with their hands". Wonder if their treatment would have been different if they represented suits? Of course they also represent the small amount of union workers that remain in this country.

The Ford CEO didn't raise his stock with me when he stated he would work for a dollar a year. Poor old boy only made 21 million last year. I think I could survive for awhile if I made that kind of wage.

let me ask this... Who here would buy a plug in electric car that had a 200 mile range and could go zero to 60 in 4.1 seconds? I know I would. these cars would sell like hot cakes. they couldn't build them fast enough.

I'm hearing good things about the Chevy Volt which should be released in 2010, believe me, I'm all about a car like that!
