Do any IBEW utilities use the same or similar training program as the JATCs?

I was wondering if anyone knows of any utilities that use a training program that uses the same training material that the JATC's use?

At my utility the step program is pretty much structured the same, helper 1, 2, apprentice 1-6 then journeyman.

You have to complete so many different things within each step, foreman then supervisor must approve... then you also have to complete individual schools during progression.

i think northwestern energy in montana does. they use our pole yard in helena for their classes. btw, im from michigan and am goin thru MSLCAT at the rate im going ill be topped out by the time im 21 lol.
