Hey gang.. I just topped out at JCP&L. I don't know how much more of FE's BS I can handle. I live in the Poconos and would like to stay nearby for the sake of my family. Does anyone have any experience dealing with Sussex REC, PPL or Orange & Rockland? Any inside info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Call Senderling he went to PP&L from JCP&L, got right in. FE would not let him transfer into Easton imagine that, he lived close to the plant. I believe he is in Allentown probably out of Tilhman St Shop. Dennis Yerger left Met Ed for much greener pastures over a year ago, he is a manager of Sinking Springs Line shop by Reading. He loves it, happy as a clam, said pension is fantastic, make more money. Call him, he may get a signing bonus if you go. I saw some of their pension information and it was much better.

PP&L has a 3 bid policy which means you can not bid more than 3 jobs off their web site. Even if you bid 4 lineman or trouble man positions which is the same job title only bid 3 or the HR person tosses out your application. Rumor has it cant keep up with the applications.

Dave Huey is a boss at NYSEG former Niagra Mohawk left JCP&L.

APEC is the recruiter for PP&L which bypasses some of the red tape.
