You need to get into an IBEW apprenticeship. I don't know where you are at but go on line and look up your IBEW local and go talk to them. Don't let anyone tell you to go nonunion. You would regret it if you do. Take my word from someone that knows. Its not always necessary to go to school. The IBEW indentured apprenticeship will give you all the training you will need. Some go the full time school route if it works for you fine. It will cost lots of dollars though. In the end be union that is the main thing. Good luck.

its basically a pre-apprenticeship class. in california its almost a pre-requisite to even get the foot in the door with jatc or utilities nowadays. to be hired on as a groundman A with sce its required. to apply with ladwp as an apprentice its required. harder to get in cal/nev jatc without it too.

I don't recall stating any of that. All I did was answer the mans question. He asked about any accredited line schools. Thanks for your input though. It means alot from someone that can't spell scary.
