heard it's still a mess down there from the earthquake they had... got some old friends that are diing to go down there but don't want chained down to 1 year contracts...

You use bold letters and quotation marks WAY to much. Every post I see by you is riddled with them. Please learn how to write in a way that doesn't require all the extra junk you use. Do you see that stuff in books and other forms of literature? No. And it's not required if you have a good grasp of the English language.
