It was referring to a post put out by First Energy regarding the closing of the Preston Park Building here in Wayne County of PA where the spokesman stated that Preston Park was a district in the Towanda region located in Tioga county Pa, which we all laughed at as we all know it is located in Bradford county, PA. There was some statements in the article that seemed to the employees to be uninformed and actually somewhat ridiculous, and probably somewhat ridiculous to the customers(as they have relayed to me) as they have to sit and wait an extra couple of hours for the lights to come on due to the linemen having to drive from a much longer distance to work on the outages.

Somewhat of an inside joke to us FEers.

Not knowing what county our regions headquarters are in was just a small boo-boo on the part of the company spokesman....He also stated something to the effect that the response time to the area would not be compromised due to the second shift..............We dont have a second shift in this area.:eek:


I suppose it is a possibility that the newspaper made a misprint.....but.................
