GO95. Shortest piece of wood moulding allowed?

This question has been floating around my yard for 3 months. What is the shortest piece of wood moulding (suitable protective ground wire covering) allowed to be installed?

I'm an apprentice for LADWP so we go off of the GO95 California Code.

Not familiar with the Cali deal.....

minimum we used was 8 or 10 ft, haven't used wood moulding in about 30 yrs or so, went to plastic, and our highline guys had some 10ft metal ones............

matter of fact, I don't remember using the plastic ones in years........seems as though we quit using them period out this way....
