Union and Non Union?

I'm curious as to how many non union lineman do we have here versus union. If I've done a poll here before, I don't remember the results. :D

I realize that there will be some that are in the trade but not linemen, but I was only curious on the powerlinemen. Not that there is anything wrong with those that are also in the trade, but I was just curious about linemen. :D

I retired from the IBEW but started out at a Muni, then a non-union contractor who paid the going rate.

When I started as a Lineman I joined the Union (union shop) Then took a job as a meterservice man, didn't like that and became a Troubleshooter and Unon steward, graduated to Dispatcher and the company wanted to make that a management position so we became non-union, I moved to the training Department and finished there. I guess half the time I was Union and half not.
