First off, I am an Ohio State and Cleveland Browns fan. ( Can't drop the Browns after 60 yr). I think Tebow is the most refreshing and likeable kid to come on the scene in a lot of years. My faith is not nearly or even close to his, and I admire him for the way he shows it. We need more of him and less of wife, girlfriend beaters, drug users and firearm abusers in the sports world. Just my opinion. Oh yes, "thanks Broncos and Tebow for knocking off Pittsburgh".

I agree...... he is not only a gifted athelete he is also a role model unlike many if not most of his comtemporaries.I wonder if folks realize just what a target he has made of himself for the media? It can not be an easy task, and I wish him well.

He is just as likeable in person. Such grit with spirit. And when he is in the Spirit, he is contagious. No, it can't be easy being Tebow. And it's not easy being his fan either.
I've not watched this much pro football in decades! :D

The Bills could have taken him in the first round. Unfortunatly the scouts thought he'ld have a hard time playing pro.
His throwing motion has improved greatly but if you watch his throws in college he's got this wierd wind-up. He kinda held the ball real low and the delivery looked like it took forever.
his acuracy was kinda iffy. I always liked the guy and was hoping the bills would take him.
He looked absoultly terrible when he played here in Buffalo. I guess everyone has a bad game once in awhile. The Guys 250 pounds and strong as a bull.
Tim Tebow is lucky to have even been born.
While pregnant, his mother suffered a life-threatening infection with a pathogenic amoeba (http://www.powerlineman.com/wiki/Amoeba). Because of the drugs used to rouse her from a coma (http://www.powerlineman.com/wiki/Coma) and to treat her dysentery (http://www.powerlineman.com/wiki/Dysentery), the fetus experienced a severe placental abruption (http://www.powerlineman.com/wiki/Placental_abruption). Doctors had expected a stillbirth (http://www.powerlineman.com/wiki/Stillbirth) and recommended an abortion (http://www.powerlineman.com/wiki/Abortion) to protect her life.

Wouldn't that be fantastic if Tebow took Denver to the super bowl... could you imagine the ratings! the whole David and Golith thing.
Hey as a Bills fan I watched my team crash and burn four times in a row. This young Denver team reminds me of them. I doubt they'll reach the AFC championship game but we'll see.

I was a Steelers fan since I was a kid, Bradshaw, Swann, Green, Harris, Blier, etc etc but I am also a Tebow supporter and believe he is already a great success in life no matter how his football career turns out, some things are more important than football and he knows what they are.

I am reading a book, (How now shall we live, Chuck Colson). and came across this. I thought it fit considering I am raising two young boys.
"Children's moral choices are based not on abstract standards of right and wrong, but on people they admire and want to emulate. The question for the child is not, do I want to be good? But who do I want to be like"?
Thanks Tim Tebow you have helped me raise my kids in the right direction.
