Heres an oldie,lets say you were told to go to a certain address,and you were told that you will be replacing a 50kva overhead transformer in the easement,non truck accessable,you send a couple of guys to pick up a new one............when they arrive you see this old rusty lid,and as usual they say thats its rebuilt..............I dont know about you,but Ive always had certain feelings about those rebuilt transformers.
