He isnt belted right and from there it looks to me that everything else went south,hope the fella is ok.....he took one heck of a fall

Looks to me, like he cut the handline that was attached to the dummy to "rescue" him,
instead of the dummys "safety belt/rope" and the dummys fall, disslodged him.

I didn't like the placement of the rescue handline, over and behind his back either.

Pretty sure he got hurt pretty bad. Especially bein belted to the pole. Hopefully not....
Definately NOT a model for Pole Top Rescue.
