I hear this alot, "....if cancer doesn't get you first."

It is alarming how many people die across the globe to cancer.

I also grow up as a teeny bopper listening to Donna. Her work lives on.

Christa is the teacher that died in the explosion,to be honest I thought the same thing when I just heard about it,until I searched a little.......I can still remember the day and my where-abouts when the first shuttle exploded,I was an apprentice on a two man crew, where were you?

I noticed the carrier had a CVN65 on it,Navy jargon....carrier vessel nuclear, does anyone know what the 65 stands for?Any naval guys out there want to share interesting things about the navy? While in the army, training with the marines, seals, ect back in the 80s I did learn that you still have to salute and ask permission to board a navy ship. And for you guys that have seen the old movies where the troops climb the net from a smaller vessel, its not so easy,Ive done it.When you have a small vessel next to a large vessel one will travel differently than the other, with all the wave activity you must judge the second to make your move, you can get crushed between them.
